Elaboración
Grape harvest. Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes and use of a selection table.
Fermentation. Fermented and macerated in low volume, 7,000 kg stainless steel tanks for 20 days.
Crianza. 14 months in oak barrels and 8 further months in bottle racks.
Cata
Intense cherry red, shiny from the center to the edge.
Great aromatic complexity due to the careful selection of oak and grapes. Very spicy and balsamic, red fruit and vanilla tones.
Elegant, round, fresh and structured.
Serve at: 16-18ºC.
Maridaje
It is perfect with all types of roast and grilled meat: steak, lamb, suckling pig. High quality pasta and rice dishes and cured cheese.
