Grapes from a single vineyard of 85-year-old vines at 650 meters above sea level. Due to the age of the vineyard, the production is very limited (3500 kg/ha) but of extremely high quality.
Hand harvest in 15kg boxes.
Selection table.
Barrel fermented far 7-7 months on its own fine lees.
Regular battonage to extract proteins and sugars that flow into the wine.
Unique oak that comes from the forest Bertranges.
